You can torrent it using Transmission (Mac) as a torrent client. I believe it's the same method as last time, just follow the instructions carefully!

Jailbreak 2.1 Firmware!
New versions of PwnageTool and QuickPwn have been released that are able to jailbreak the latest 2.1 firmware. I haven't tried this personally, but the iPhone Dev Team claims that the jailbreak method will work with iTunes 8 and you will not have syncing problems with iTunes 8.
